Host - Shallotte Chili's

Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct location. Help fellow Team Members as needed while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while standing for long periods. You must be able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food.
