Job Summary
Conduct front-desk operations as the primary guest contact, managing self-check-ins and handling reception tasks to ensure guests feel at home. Prepare cocktails, snacks, and breakfast buffet items while applying barista skills and maintaining mise-en-place standards for smooth service. Assist with inventory control, stock receiving, and warehousing to uphold operational setups. Share local hotspots with guests and maintain a friendly, humorous atmosphere throughout the shift.
