Host Service & Reception Spätschicht (m/w/d)

Conduct front-of-house service as the primary guest contact from arrival to departure, managing self-check-ins, cocktail preparation, snack service, and breakfast buffet operations. Execute inventory control, stock receiving, and mise-en-place setup while sharing local hotspot recommendations with guests. Work flexible shifts in a growing hospitality group applying Lean Luxury standards across hotels and workspaces in Europe. Fluent in German and English required; no prior hospitality experience necessary.
