Job Summary
Conduct night shift service as the first point of contact for guests, preparing cocktails, drinks, and snacks while ensuring seamless hospitality. Manage the house and guests throughout the night, lovingly prepare the breakfast buffet, and set tables for the next morning. Handle end-of-day closing procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly and stay on track. Share insider tips with guests, pointing them to the best local hotspots. Work three days a week for 24 hours, maintaining reliability and multitasking skills in a team environment.
