Job Summary
Conduct night service and reception duties as the first point of contact for guests, preparing cocktails, snacks, and breakfast buffets while managing housekeeping and end-of-day closing. Share insider tips with guests regarding local hotspots and maintain seamless service across all areas. Work primarily at night in shifts, ensuring smooth operations from the first moment to the last drink.
Required Qualifications
- speaking fluent Dutch and English
- a true night owl, who enjoys working primarily at night and in shifts
- counting reliability, multitasking and your willingness to learn among your strengths
- empathetic with others and love sharing your enthusiasm with those around you
- a great sense of humour, enjoy working in a team, and love interacting with our guests
- ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry
