Job Summary
Support guests from arrival to departure as the first point of contact, managing self-check-in and front desk duties. Prepare cocktails, snacks, and breakfast buffet items while maintaining precise mise-en-place standards for goods receiving and storage. Share local insider tips with guests and assist with additional front desk responsibilities as needed. This role begins in September at Ruby Tessa, a new hotel in Rotterdam's Galshaven district, with first interviews scheduled for mid-August. The position requires fluent Dutch and English, shift flexibility, and a strong sense of humor.
