Job Summary
Greet incoming and departing guests, seating them in dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. Coordinate wait times with a sense of urgency, answer phone calls professionally, and lead the lobby experience following hospitality standards. Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring safe food handling and sanitation. Offer menu recommendations and upsell products with genuine conversation. Maintain a welcoming presence and commit to safety standards while working in hot and cold environments.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (for California based positions)
- Successful completion of the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
