Job Summary
Greet incoming and departing guests with a welcoming smile, seating them in dining and bar areas while coordinating wait times with urgency. Support servers by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Lead the lobby experience, answer phones professionally, and assist with menu recommendations and upsells. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and job safety standards while demonstrating teamwork across all restaurant areas. This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in hot and cold environments. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed. The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.
