Host/Server Assistant

Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner, seating them in dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. Coordinate wait times with a sense of urgency, answer phones professionally, and lead the lobby experience following hospitality standards. Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and upselling menu items. Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards while committing to a team-oriented approach. Work in hot and cold environments lifting up to 30 lbs, standing or bending for long periods.
