Job Summary
Greet incoming and departing guests, seating them in dining and bar areas while coordinating wait times with urgency. Lead the lobby experience, answer phones professionally, and recommend menu items to upsell products. Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, and ensuring safe food handling and sanitation standards. Maintain a welcoming demeanor with genuine conversations and uphold hospitality standards to create memorable experiences. Work in hot and cold environments, standing or bending for long periods, with a general knowledge of food and drink menus required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (for California based positions)
- Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during the shift
