Welcome guests with a warm greeting, note allergies and dietary restrictions, and obtain drinking water preferences. Assist with cleaning, folding hand towels, and stocking product while maintaining a clean working environment. Perform cashiering duties when needed. Support the team in the dining room to ensure warm, attentive hospitality reflecting Michelin-starred standards.
