Job Summary
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with online check-in or self-service kiosks, and answer inquiries. Prepare food and drinks while maintaining a neat and cozy lounge area. Share local tips during conversations and ensure guests have a great stay by assisting with check-out needs. Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends under the Hospitality Manager. Fluent in Swedish and English is required, with other languages a plus.
