Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct team member. Help fellow Team Members as needed while contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. Maintain a friendly, warm attitude ready to greet with a smile in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires the ability to work standing for long periods and safely lift and maneuver food trays. No experience necessary.
