Greet guests upon entry, manage the waiting list, and seat patrons promptly while maintaining an organized front of house area. Answer phone calls and reservations, address menu inquiries and promotions, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery. Track table turnover, communicate availability, and handle customer complaints professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest counts and reservations. This role requires experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
