Job Summary
Answer guests' questions about the restaurant and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority. Control seating in the dining room to assure quality of service, maximize sales opportunities, and make guests feel welcome on the phone and in person. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed while adhering to all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Report potentially unsafe conditions and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures. Work on time according to the schedule, wear a maintained uniform, and practice positive personal hygiene.
