Job Summary
Greet guests on the phone and in person to create a positive first impression, then control seating arrangements in the dining room to ensure quality service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities. Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority while answering questions about the restaurant. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed, report potentially unsafe conditions, and follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures from the associate handbook and know emergency procedures. Start at $12.00-$16.00/hour with flexible scheduling, paid time off, and closed holidays.
