Job Summary
As a Host/Hostess at Ruby's Diner, you will execute greeting, seating, and waiting list procedures while maintaining cleanliness standards for the reception area and restrooms. A key component of the role is to ensure a positive guest experience, utilizing suggestive selling techniques and having sufficient knowledge of the menu and bakery products.
