Job Summary
Greet and seat guests while answering questions in a warm and welcoming manner; monitor seating and wait times for guests; learn our menu and computer operating system; accommodate guests' special needs (e.g., booster chairs, highchairs, disabilities); seat guests, note specials, and answer menu questions; take drink orders, bus tables, and assist dining room servers as needed; provide timely feedback to the supervisor regarding service opportunities or guest concerns; and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
