Job Summary
Give a warm welcome to every Guest and manage the wait list. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, answer telephone calls within three rings, and direct calls. Help fellow Team Members and contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude, quick thinking in a high-volume setting, and the ability to stand for long periods while safely lifting trays. No experience necessary.
