Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them while helping fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while standing for long periods and safely lifting food trays. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and quick thinking in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.
