Host - Rosenberg Chili's

Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls while helping fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by greeting guests warmly and acting quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude, the ability to work in a standing position for long periods, and the capacity to safely lift and maneuver trays of food.
