Job Summary
Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct team member. Help fellow Team Members as needed while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume setting where you will stand for long periods and safely lift trays. No experience is necessary.
