Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls while helping fellow Team Members as needed. Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by standing for long periods and safely lifting food trays. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume setting with no experience necessary.
