Job Summary
Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them, while helping fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by acting quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires standing for long periods and safely lifting trays, with no experience necessary.
