Control guest flow and create a positive first and last professional image by greeting arrivals, coordinating reservations, and managing to-go orders. Answer phones, deliver information, and work side by side with the service team to ensure guest care from start to finish. Execute daily tasks including rolling silverware, cleaning bathrooms and menus, stocking stations, maintaining the patio, sweeping floors, and setting up sections per the floor chart.
