Host

Greet guests upon arrival, coordinate reservations, answer phones, and manage to-go orders to control the flow of guests within the restaurant. Work side by side with the service team to ensure guests are taken care of from start to finish while maintaining the integrity of customer standards. Perform additional tasks including rolling silverware, cleaning bathrooms and menus, stocking stations, sweeping floors, and setting up sections for the night. Create a positive professional image for guests and support all team members through genuine engagement and problem-solving.
