Job Summary
Host role responsible for greeting guests, guiding them to their table, and delivering First Class Service. Maintain orderly host stand and dining room areas; act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of RH’s culinary and beverage offerings; collaborate with leadership to optimize seating flow and enhance guest experience and business performance. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work weekends/holidays. Requires 1+ year of hospitality experience and legal work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of related experience in guest facing or hospitality-focused role
