Job Summary
Greet and escort restaurant guests to their table based on party size and station assignments. Present menus, describe specials, and circulate to coordinate service personnel for prompt, courteous dining. Assign breaks for bus persons and food servers, inspect room cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and health codes. Resolve customer complaints and refer issues to management as appropriate. Maintain records of guests served, employee absences, and equipment or food service problems. Six months of experience preferred; must stand and walk for extended periods with excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications

- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
