Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list efficiently. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and answer telephone calls within three rings. Direct incoming calls and assist fellow Team Members as needed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while standing for long periods and lifting trays. No experience is necessary.
