Job Summary
Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct staff. Help fellow Team Members as needed while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a standing position for long periods in a fast-paced setting. Safe lifting and maneuvering of food trays are necessary. No experience is required. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available with growth opportunities.
