Conduct guest dining operations by taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, and thanking them upon departure. Assign tables pre-shift, provide servers with chits, answer phones, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Pull out chairs, seat guests, and provide menus once seated. Perform additional opening and closing duties including cleaning, stocking, and setting up the host stand for the next shift. Ensure the overall guest experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
