Job Summary
As a Host at PBR Nashville, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience and strong communication skills, along with the ability to perform detailed tasks such as reading seating charts and handling customer interactions effectively. Physical abilities such as carrying items up to 50 pounds and maintaining a presence at the entrance or exit of the venue for extended periods are also required.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and understand seating charts
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
