Job Summary
As a Host at PBR Atlanta, you will be responsible for answering phones, taking reservations, and maintaining an accurate waitlist. Your role includes welcoming guests, coordinating seating arrangements, anticipating the needs of special parties, and occasionally bussing tables. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Basic reading and writing abilities
- Ability to read and understand seating charts
- Basic mathematical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages is preferred
