Job Summary
Greet guests upon entry, verify purchased tickets, and escort them to assigned tables. Maintain stock and supply levels by communicating low-stock items to the Director of Performance Dining. Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns while keeping the work space clean, organized, and sanitized. Dispose of garbage and clean dishes as needed to uphold health and safety standards. This part-time role offers an hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00 with 401(k) matching benefits and remains open until November 20, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred
- Previous Host experience preferred
- Ability to learn to operate corresponding system
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests
