Job Summary
Greet guests, invite them in, seat them, introduce the menu, and answer the phone while delivering top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Manage a heavy workload by prioritizing requests, accurately handle cash and financial transactions, and operate the POS and Open Table Software. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure, work well with team members, and adhere to all company Core Values and Hospitality Standards. Weekend availability is required for this part-time, hourly role. High school education and one year of restaurant experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
- Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
- Embraces all Pacific Catch's Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
- Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
- Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
- High school education
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- Weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality or other degrees
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry
