Job Summary
Greet guests, invite them in, seat them, and introduce the menu while answering phone calls to represent the Pacific Catch brand. Manage a heavy workload by prioritizing requests, operating the POS and Open Table Software, and accurately handling cash and financial transactions. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure to work well with team members while adhering to core values and hospitality standards. This part-time, hourly role requires weekend availability and the ability to stand and lift up to 35 pounds for up to five hours. A high school education and one year of restaurant experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
- Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
- Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
- Embraces all Pacific Catch's Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
- Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
- Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
- High school education
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- Weekend availability
Desired Qualifications

- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry
