Greet guests, determine party sizes, and seat them by finding clean tables, pulling chairs, and placing menus. Guide guests through dining rooms, arrange tables and settings for groups with special needs, and ensure place settings include napkins, silverware, and current, clean menus. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being while maintaining work area cleanliness. Follow company safety policies, report accidents, complete required training, and maintain a professional appearance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 pounds. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
