Job Summary
Greet guests and determine party size, seat guests by finding clean tables and arranging settings, guide guests through dining rooms, and assist with seating for groups with special needs. Ensure menus are current, clean, and wrinkle-free; maintain cleanliness of work areas; monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being. Follow safety, security, and company policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions; speak professionally and maintain confidentiality; foster positive team relationships; adhere to quality standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds as needed. Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
