Host or Hostess

Greet guests, determine party size, seat guests by locating a clean, available table, place menus, and guide guests through the dining areas. Assist with seating arrangements for groups with special needs; ensure proper place settings and current menus; maintain cleanliness of work areas; monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing. Follow company safety policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of company information. Welcome guests with standard etiquette, use clear communication with team members, and support colleagues to reach common goals. Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and to lift/carry objects up to 10 pounds. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
