Job Summary
Greet guests and determine party size; seat guests by finding a clean, available table; arrange seating and place settings, ensuring menus are current and clean. Guide guests through the dining room, maintain order and assist as needed; move and arrange tables and chairs for groups with special needs; ensure napkins, silverware, and standard place settings are provided. Maintain cleanliness and monitor seating availability, safety, and guest welfare; follow safety policies and report incidents. Welcome guests according to standards, communicate professionally, and contribute to positive team relationships; stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds as needed. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. License or Certification: None.
