Job Summary
Welcome every guest, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the Manager. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them appropriately. Help fellow Team Members and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment while greeting guests with a warm smile. This role requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, standing for long periods, and safely lifting trays. No experience is necessary.
