Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them. Help fellow Team Members and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Maintain a friendly, warm attitude while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods and safely lift trays of food. No experience necessary.
