Greet arriving guests, obtain names, direct them to waiting areas, and thank departing guests. Assist the Manager on Duty with reservation planning and table assignments. Answer the telephone, confirm and document reservations, and escort guests to their assigned tables while presenting menus. Control business flow through rotation seating and maintain accurate wait lists. Keep the entrance area, windows, floors, and restrooms clean, including sanitizing high-chairs and pens. Carry out orders, payments, and curbside delivery. Check-in servers to verify liquor licenses. Work flexible hours, including weekends, standing for up to eight hours.
