Job Summary
Greet guests at the restaurant door and assist the manager with seating, distinguishing between hotel guests and walk-ins. Operate the POS system for opening and closing checks, manage Open Table reservations, and enter all reservation data accurately. Inform assigned servers of table assignments and support with cleaning, restocking, setup, and breakdown as needed. Act as the manager's eyes during their absence by monitoring music, lighting, table conditions, and other items affecting guest service. Perform other tasks as required. Compensation is $19.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to use or operate the POS system (opening checks, closing checks) as well as Open Table
- Must greet the guests at the door of the restaurant
- Must enter all information correctly in the reservation system
