Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings, direct calls, and assist fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while greeting guests with a warm, caring attitude. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, standing for long periods and safely lifting trays of food.
