Job Summary
Host – NAIA at DineAmic Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations and waitlists, and strategically seat guests to balance server sections and maintain service flow. Communicate effectively with managers and staff, assist with phone inquiries and carryout orders, and support guest engagement initiatives such as introducing guests to the rewards program. Maintain a welcoming host stand and lobby, assist with menu presentation and coat check, and perform opening/closing side work while upholding sanitation and hospitality standards. Collaborate with team to ensure smooth dining room operations during peak periods and escalate guest concerns as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant host or customer service experience preferred (high-volume experience strongly preferred).
- Experience with a guest reservation platform and POS system preferred; Open Table and Toast strongly preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
