Job Summary
Host/Hostess to greet customers, seat guests, provide wait-time estimates, maintain a neat front-of-house, assist with opening/closing tasks, and learn the menu. Rotate seating among stations to balance workloads with waitstaff, and assist as needed for back-of-house needs. Requires 0+ years in customer service (hospitality preferred), flexible weekend/evening availability, ability to stand 6+ hours, strong time management, team-player attitude, and willingness to work holidays; High school diploma/GED preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Flexible schedule, particularly for weekend/evening shifts
- Ability to work 6+ hours on your feet at a time
- Advanced time management experience
- Friendly, open disposition
- Team player who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever needed
- Willingness to work holidays
