Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and answer telephone calls within three rings. Direct calls and help fellow Team Members while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume service standard by standing for long periods and safely lifting trays. No experience necessary; this role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules with growth opportunities within a team culture rooted in hospitality and service.
