Job Summary
Manage the restaurant layout by clearing and resetting tables while greeting guests with a warm welcome. Direct customers to the designated seating system and communicate volume levels to management and staff. Handle To Go orders by operating handheld payment devices, managing cash, and entering/exiting the building to service guests in their cars. Assist regular hosts as needed and demonstrate strong math and communication skills while listening to direction from guests and management. This role requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday, lifting and carrying 30 lbs. frequently, and working well under stress in a team environment.
