Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls to the kitchen. Help fellow Team Members as needed while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Work in a standing position for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.
